Bag limits

Bag limits are commonly used to manage recreational fisheries. Blue Matter is working with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to model the effects of bag limit regulations on effective fishing effort and catch from recreational logbook data. In this way, management procedures that specify bag limits can be operationalized and tested in MSE.
