Hand-harvested Invertebrates

Blue Matter is working with the DFO Shellfish and Invertebrates Team to develop operating models to evaluate the performance and sustainability of current harvest strategies, including total allowable catch with spatial and seasonal closures, for hand-harvested invertebrates on the BC coast. Case studies include intertidal clams, geoduck, sea cucumber, and sea urchin.
