Atlantic Skipjack Tuna

To support management strategy evaluation of the Western Atlantic stock of Skipjack Tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis), Blue Matter collaborated with colleagues in Brazil to develop a set of operating models to facilitate testing of defensible management procedures using the open-source MSEtool software package. Processes such as this MSE will facilitate eco-certification of the Brazilian skipjack fishery.
